Yes, the Honeywell Lyric Controller does have the ability to have chime control. The "Chime" feature of the system is controlled by the end user with a toggle command (Settings->Chime). Whether or not a zone will chime is determined by the initial programming.

There are 10 options to customize each zone for individual chime sounds. The options in zone programming are Disabled, Standard, Melody, Melody Long, Ascend, Ascend Long, Alert 1, Alert 2, Doorbell 1, Doorbell 2, Evolve Chime is an option for all Entry/Exit, Perimeter, Interior, and Silent Burglary zones only. An RF zone will NOT chime if its Cover or Base Tamper is tripped. 

Chime type is a selected option when programming each individual zone for any Entry/Exit, Perimeter, Interior, and Silent Burg zone types.
