Yes, the Honeywell Lyric Controller does have an enrollment mode.

To access zone programming from the Lyric Controller's home screen select Security > Tools > enter the Lyric Installer Code "default is 4112" > Program > Zones > Highlight a Zone > Select Edit. 

When pressing the Serial Number option, you will be prompted to "Enter serial number, or activate sensor". You can learn a 5800 series or SiX Two-Way Wireless device serial number with 2 fault and restore transmissions. *Transmissions must be at least 5 seconds apart for BR type devices.
